Marriage – what an incredible journey it is!

Over the course of our 27 years of marriage, my wife, Susan, and I have navigated career changes and parenting joys (and challenges), and have both gone through respective chapters of personal growth. We know first-hand that strong marriages don’t just happen; they are the result of commitment, dedication, perseverance and, above all, modelling God’s love toward one another.

That’s why I’m so proud to be part of Focus on the Family Canada and the programs that support marriages. Formerly known as Marriage Enrichment, the Journey to Us program brings our Hope Restored marriage intensive principles to more couples through a comfortable, accessible format. The one-day Journey to Us marriage conference takes place at churches across the country. Or, if you’d like to dive deeper into the program, you can also sign up for an all-inclusive retreat at our three luxury centres in Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario.
