Jessica Smartt is a former English teacher who is now a homeschooling mom offering encouragement and guidance to other moms through her blog, Smartter Each Day. She has authored two books titled Memory-Making Mom: Building Transitions That Breathe Life Into Your Home and Let Them be Kids: Adventure, Boredom, Innocence, and Other Gifts Children Need. Jessica and her husband, Todd, have three children and reside in North Carolina.
